STOP......DROP..... and ROLL.. ...

1. STOP comparing yourself to others.

2. STOP comparing your baby to other babies.

3. DROP the belief that you should be "better" at this job. Motherhood is a learning curve. Instead of a struggle, think of it as a challenge; one you will meet and exceed. Also, your baby thinks you're perfect.

4. DROP the superwoman facade. At some point, we all need help. As humans, we aren't meant to do this alone. Reach out. Why else are we here if not to lift each other up?

5. ROLL with the punches! There will be times when you feel beat. When you feel like it's all too much. Take a deep breath and take a moment to remember it won't always feel this way. Everything is temporary. Pain and joy.

6. ROLL back the clock. What did you love to do before you were a mother? What fulfilled you and made you feel alive? Just because we're mothers doesn't mean we need to lose our mojo.
