You don't have to carry it all on your own.
Whether you're navigating the early fog of new motherhood, the quiet grief of a loss no one else seems to understand, or the unexpected shifts of perimenopause, the weight can feel impossible to put into words — let alone set down.
You deserve a space where you can. Erin Saddic offers counseling for women at every stage of life, from the first hopes of starting a family to the deep transitions of menopause and beyond. This is women's mental health care built around the real, messy, beautiful realities of women's lives — with a counselor who truly gets it.

Sounds Familiar?
Maybe you're feeling some of this right now:
-
You're exhausted, anxious, or sad — and you can't shake the guilt that you "should" feel happy.
-
The transition you're in (pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, loss) has left you feeling isolated, misunderstood, and alone.
-
You've been holding it together for everyone else, and there's nothing left for you.
-
You feel stuck, and you're tired of being told to "just relax" or "give it time."
-
You want to talk to someone who actually understands maternal and women's mental health — not someone you have to explain the basics to.
If any of that landed, you're in the right place. These feelings are real, they're common, and they're treatable — and you don't have to work through them alone.

My Services

Meet Your Counselor
Erin Saddic MS PMH-C LPC
My path to this work started with my own. After the birth of my first son, I experienced postpartum depression — and I quickly realized how few clinicians had any real training in maternal mental health. I knew that had to change.
So I used my skills as a therapist to do something about it. I trained formally in perinatal mood disorders, opened my own practice, and founded the free-of-charge West Chester Postpartum Support Group, because no mom should have to navigate that season alone.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (#PC012022) with a Master's in Counseling and over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, across inpatient and outpatient facilities and as a healthcare consultant. I was one of the first clinicians in the country to become nationally certified in pregnancy and postpartum mental health, and I'm a past coordinator and current member of Postpartum Support International. I hold certification as a Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) and am trained and certified in grief counseling.
Today I specialize in anxiety, depression, postpartum mood disorders, fertility treatment support, miscarriage and loss, and the transitions of perimenopause and menopause.
Here's what I believe: people want to become the best version of themselves, and therapy should be a place of acceptance and support — where you're treated with empathy, genuineness, and respect. Helping women navigate times of great transition is a genuine privilege, and my goal is simple: to give you a safe, trusted space to work through the hardest things and move forward toward a happier, fuller life.
